Her training and professional path
Caroline is a young technician who graduated in May 2015 from the Lionel-Groulx College. She has been with us since June 2013, therefore acquiring a lot of experience in the field before even becoming certified. This makes her a competent and assured technician.
Caroline has worked in many fields other than with animals. She started off at Superclub Vidéotron (2009-2011). She learnt about client service, management and employee training. She then became a barista at Starbucks and developed even more her client service skills and started to pick up knowledge on food sanitation. She learnt mostly about nutrition and animal products when she worked at Mondou. She developed attentive client care with regards to the many questions owners have on animal health and food products. She is an outstanding listener and will gladly guide you towards the appropriate nutrition throughout your pet’s life. Lastly, she trained on weekends at the Lionel Groulx College as an animal keeper. She picked up on treatments, animal comfort and security, and overall well-being. Being exposed to different species such as; dogs, cats, rodents, birds and reptiles, she acquired a sense of acute observation and developed skills and techniques with regards to patient care and treatments.
Since her arrival at the clinic, Caroline has refined her numerous qualities, which makes her an excellent technician. She is helpful, competent, a great listener to client needs and assiduous. She will always greet you with a smile and has a ‘glass half full’ personality. Her colleagues and clients adore her for her professional approach and for her kindness. She will not stop there though! She is passionate about 2 specific topics: behavior and nutrition. Also, she is now technician certified.
