Viviana is trilingual, with a strong command of French, English, and Spanish. She is also known for her autonomy, organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Viviana began her career as a supervisor at a Tim Hortons coffee shop from September 2010 to April 2017. As a shift leader, her main responsibilities included managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash registers, and overseeing inventory. She then transitioned into the field of animal health, where her professional focus shifted.
She completed her first internship at the Fontainebleau Veterinary Clinic in March 2015 as an animal health technician. This experience allowed her to gain skills in anesthetic monitoring, administering medication, taking blood samples and injections, performing X-rays, and providing customer service. She completed her second internship in April 2015, also as an animal health technician, where she was responsible for similar duties at the Sainte-Rose Veterinary Hospital.
Viviana's first work experience in the field of animal health took place at the Fontainebleau Veterinary Clinic from May to August 2015. Her responsibilities, which focused on animal care, were similar to those she had during her internship. From June to August 2016, she worked at the DMV Emergency Center as an Animal Health Technician. Her role involved conducting preliminary assessments of animals, establishing treatment plans, and handling various technical tasks related to animal care. Since March 2016, Viviana has been working as an animal health technician at the Fabreville Veterinary Clinic, where her duties are largely the same, with the addition of welcoming customers. Alongside this position, she joined the team at the Fontainebleau Veterinary Clinic in October 2017, where she continues to provide various animal care services, including administering medication, taking blood samples, giving injections, and performing X-rays.
Academically, Viviana obtained her diploma in 2010 from the Collège Français. She then pursued a course in Natural Sciences at Cégep Montmorency from 2010 to 2012 before completing her BTS in Animal Health in 2015 after three years of study. Additionally, she earned her certification from ATSAQ in March 2019. Since 2017, Viviana has also volunteered her time as an animal health technician at the Microchipping Clinic.
Needless to say, we are thrilled to have Viviana on our team. She brings a contagious positive attitude, remarkable efficiency, and an unparalleled sense of responsibility.
Welcome to the team, Viviana!
