Diane Frascarelli has been a receptionist at the Fontainebleau Veterinary Clinic since it opened. She has a diverse background, including being a homemaker during the early years of her three children's lives, an administrative assistant at TrizecHahn Ltd for six years, and earning a college certificate as a child educator. However, her passion for animals and their well-being has always been present, which influenced the career path of her daughter, Dr. Laura Frascarelli, who chose to pursue veterinary medicine.
Ten years ago, she found her niche, volunteering at an adoption center called Animatch. This center was founded in 1999 by Hélène Lacroix. The website to learn more is www.animatch.ca.
Diane will always greet you with a smile and a coffee! While she doesn't have veterinary training, she quickly found her place and adapted with ease. Empathetic, helpful, and devoted, she is always happy to welcome you. She listens not only to patients but also to clients, offering sincerity and compassion, which makes her an exceptional receptionist. You’ll never feel rushed, and your questions will always be given careful consideration.
Aside from her children and grandchildren, Diane has naturally "adopted" all the team members and their four-legged family members. She’s like a mother to everyone! Her daughter Laura is incredibly proud to have her by her side, always knowing that her clients will be well cared for.
Come meet Diane – she will be happy to welcome you! We are lucky to have her with us!
