Caroline
Caroline Animal Health Technician

Caroline is a young Animal Health Technician who graduated from Lionel-Groulx College in May 2015. Having been with us since June 2013, she has gained field experience throughout her studies, which makes her a confident and competent technician.

Caroline has worked in various environments, making her an accomplished and versatile young woman. She first worked as a manager at a Videotron Superclub from 2009 to 2011, where she developed her skills in customer service, management, and staff training. She then worked as a barista at Starbucks, gaining knowledge in nutritional health while continuing her training in customer service.

She later worked as a clerk at a Mondou store, where she became familiar with the various products available on the market. This experience helped her develop strong customer service skills, particularly in the area of animal feed. An exceptional listener, she is well-equipped to advise you throughout all stages of your animal’s life. Additionally, she worked as a weekend animal keeper at Lionel-Groulx College, where she managed the school's pet shop, cared for various animals, and ensured their comfort and safety. She gained experience working with different species, including dogs, cats, rodents, birds, and reptiles. This role honed her observation skills and further developed her ability to provide appropriate care and treatment for animals.

Since joining the clinic, Caroline has developed the qualities that make her an outstanding technician. She is helpful, competent, attentive to customers, and diligent. Always positive, she greets everyone with a warm welcome and a big smile. Her professional attitude has made her a favorite among clients and coworkers alike. In addition to these qualities, Caroline has a deep passion for animal behavior and nutrition, which further enhances her abilities as a technician. She earned her certification from ATSAQ in the fall of 2016 and is eager to pursue additional training in these areas to continue growing in her profession.

What a joy it has been to have Caroline with us since June 2015!
