Véronique
Véronique Animal Health Technician

Véronique completed her university studies at McGill University in Quebec in 2009 and 2010, earning a certificate in Life Sciences with a specialization in Animal Biology. She then spent an additional year at the University of Montreal, studying arts and sciences.

Between 2011 and 2014, she pursued further education at Collège Lionel Groulx, a general and professional college in Quebec, where she earned a Technical Diploma in Animal Health. In November 2014, she obtained her certification from ATSAQ (Association of Animal Health Technicians of Quebec).

Throughout her studies, Véronique also participated in English immersion courses at the Jacques Labrie school, which has enabled her to become bilingual in both English and French.

All these experiences have made her a resourceful, helpful, independent, dynamic, and professional individual, among many other qualities. When you meet her, you're sure to notice her warm welcome and her altruism.

These traits were demonstrated through her various professional experiences. For instance, from May 2005 to March 2006, Véronique worked as a groom at the Écuries d’Aubrac, where she was responsible for caring for the horses as well as maintaining the premises.

For three months, starting in June 2006, Véronique worked as a merchandiser for Nestlé in France, visiting stores, taking inventories and preparing orders. Then, from June to August 2007, she was a part-time student representative for the same company.

From December 2007 to May 2010, Véronique worked as a general assistant at the pet store La Bande Animée. There she worked as a saleswoman, cashier, and as a maintenance worker and animal care worker.

From September 2011 to May 2012, Véronique was an animal keeper at the Laval Veterinary Center; then until May 2014 she became a technical assistant at the same location. She helped with intensive care, taking X-rays, preparing operating rooms and customer service.

Since then, she has worked at the Fontainebleau Veterinary Clinic as an Animal Health Technician.

We are very happy and blessed to have Véronique among us!
